But it doesn’t stop at pizza. The Rustic Pizzaioli can cook anything a conventional oven can, delivering enhanced flavor and versatility. Each oven includes a complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish perfect for roasts, casseroles, bread, and more.

Crafted entirely from authentic brick—not clay—this oven is handmade in Portugal and triple-insulated. The construction includes a fire brick and mortar interior, a patented Rockwool insulation layer secured with metal batting, and an external coating of refractory cement. The result is a safe-to-touch exterior and a blazing-hot interior.

The Rustic Pizzaioli also features a premium black non-rust cast aluminum door with a high-heat viewing window, a matching chimney cavity, and a stainless steel chimney.
