Just like the wood-fired-only version, this hybrid oven features a wide opening and low dome ideal for Neapolitan-style pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). You can also roast meats, vegetables, casseroles, bread, and desserts—all with that unbeatable wood-fired finish.
This premium version includes a non-rust cast aluminum door, chimney cavity, and chimney, plus a high-heat glass window so you can monitor your cook without opening the oven.
