The special cast-iron plate is highly durable, preventing rust, discoloration, or warping at the cooking surface. It absorbs heat and transfers it evenly to the stainless steel surface, resulting in optimal heat distribution, reduced energy consumption, and an exceptional cooking experience.

We also offer an additional lid for this griddle, available as an optional accessory. It is highly recommended to cover the griddle when not in use, protecting the cooking surface from outdoor elements like pollen, leaves, dust, dirt, and animals.
